End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“the user”, “you”) and Groove Music Industries (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the use of the Arponaut software plugin (“Software”).
By installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Arponaut on your personal or professional computer systems.
The license is for your own use and may not be shared, sold, rented, or sublicensed.
2. Demo Version
The demo version of Arponaut is freely available and fully functional except that it does not allow saving.
No personal data is collected when using the demo version.
3. Licensed Version
Upon purchasing a license, you receive a license key that unlocks full functionality.
The Software connects to our server to verify your license:
When activating the license key
Each time the plugin is opened
Internet access is required for license validation.
You may install and activate the Software on multiple devices owned by you, provided it is not used simultaneously on multiple systems.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold.
Groove Music Industries retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all updates, source code, and related materials.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or resell the Software or license keys
- Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access source code
- Circumvent or disable license verification systems
- Claim ownership of the Software or derivative works
6. Updates
Licensed users receive all future updates to Arponaut free of charge.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.
7. Technical Support
We provide reasonable support via email for licensed users. Support for demo users is not guaranteed.
8. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms herein.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You assume all responsibility for installation, use, and compatibility of the Software.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groove Music Industries shall not be liable for any damages (including data loss, system failure, or financial loss) arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
12. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Groove Music Industries regarding Arponaut and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements.
